CAMPING PLOTS - BOOKING CONDITIONS

• We don't reserve particular plots: the plot will be assigned on arrival. In case you tell us your preferences for some camping plots, we will make our best to fulfill them choosing among the plots that are free when you arrive. Most places are 70 or 85 m2. In case you prefer a 55 m2, 100 m2 or 120 m2 place, it will be very likely that we will give you a different, more usual place with its corresponding price. In case you wanted several places, one next to the other or near each other, we cannot assure you that this is going to be possible.
• Admission: Each single reservation entitles you to one plot. The reservation is personal and not transferable. Maximum 6 persons per camping plot. In case of a group of young people, you have to tell us before reserving, since we have some areas of the campsite that are especially intended for young people.
• Stay and schedule: During high season we can only accept reservations for a minimum stay of 7 days. Arrival schedule: from 12 a.m. Departure schedule: between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. of the assigned day.
• Payments: to make a reservation a down payment of 100 Euros has to be made by bank transfer. The down payment will be deduced from the bill of stay. Failure to arrive before 11 p.m. on the arrival day, will cause the lost of the reservation and the down payment. Within the campsite, credit cards are not accepted, neither in the reception nor in the supermarket, but there are automatic cashier machines for withdrawing money.
• Cancellation: By cancellation of reservation, 50% of the payment will be lost. If it is cancelled during the latest 15 days up to the date of arrival, the whole amount will be lost.

ACCOMMODATIONS - BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Equipment and admission: Rent-prices include: gas, electricity, parking for the car, persons and taxes. All our apartments, bungalows and mobilhomes are equipped with kitchen, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Bed-clothes and towels are not supplied, they have to be brought with by yourself. Animals (for example, dogs or cats) are allowed in SOME accommodations; please, ask us. No more than the maximum number of guests permitted will be allowed. Complementary tents are not accepted. 
• Stay and schedule: Minimum stay in medium and high season: 7 nights, from saturday to saturday or from sunday to sunday, depending on the accommodation type. Arrival schedule: from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Departure schedule: between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. of the assigned day.
• Payment: The down payment is 30% of the total cost and has to be received within 10 days after we sent you the requirement, otherwise we will not accept the reservation. Once we receive the down payment, we will confirm you the reservation or we will sent the money back. We will keep the reservation during the number of days that covers the down payment, and if the customer has still not arrived, the Campsite will be entitled to hire the bungalow again. At the arrival at the Campsite, the rest of the stay has to be paid and a deposit of 100 € will be asked. The Direction of the Campsite will hold the right to use this deposit in the case of damage, loss of key or any material provided by the campsite, and gross lack of cleanliness. • Cancellation: The customer pays for the days agreed upon in the booking-form, regardless whether he or she leaves earlier or not.
